Flexsol was approached by a client who trades in liquid and dry mineral fertilizers. They needed a reliable solution for storing UAN, thiosulfate and RKD in a limited space.
Due to the special configuration of the place, an L-shaped pool was designed to accommodate three flexible tanks with a volume of 500 m³ each. This design required precise engineering calculations and adaptation to the relief of the area.
In addition to the tanks, we provided
– complete piping system with the ability to load, unload, and recirculate fluid within and between tanks
– simultaneous operation for both filling the tanks and pumping into vehicles
The project was implemented in a short time, without compromising on quality. The client received an efficient, hermetically sealed and safe solution that is fully operational.
