The FLEXSOL W-COVER double-membrane cover is a durable and cost-effective solution for the reliable collection and storage of biogas.
W-Cover is custom-designed, taking into account the client’s technical requirements and local climate conditions. The structure consists of an outer and an inner membrane. The outer membrane is pressurized with air, creating a perfectly stable dome that effectively withstands wind and snow loads and protects the system from the weather. The inner membrane is the dynamic gas storage unit. It freely adjusts its volume based on the amount of biogas produced, operating independently of the outer shell.
FLEXSOL W-Cover complies with all European environmental and safety standards and is available in diameters of up to 40 meters.
