The Challenge:
A large biogas plant in the Poltava region required a reliable double membrane cover that would not only provide airtight storage for biogas but also be integrated with modern monitoring and safety systems for full automation and process control.
The Flexsol Solution:
Our team provided a full cycle of work — from design to implementation. The core of the solution was a 38.5-meter diameter double membrane cover, manufactured from specialized PVC fabric.
To ensure maximum efficiency and safety, the cover was equipped with key components:
Flexsol Brand Safety Valve: Our own development, which guarantees reliable protection against excess gas and air pressure, ensuring stable operation of the gas holder.
“Ultrasonic” Level Sensor: A high-precision device that allows the operator to monitor the gasholder’s fill level in real-time and optimize biogas production and consumption processes.
Xgard Gas Detector: A modern safety system that guarantees instant notification in the event of the slightest methane leak, providing the highest level of protection for personnel and equipment.
The Result:
The client received a modern, fully automated, and safe solution for biogas storage. The integration of high-tech sensors and protection systems has optimized production processes and provided complete confidence in the reliable and safe operation of the facility.
