Challenge:
An agricultural enterprise in the Małopolska region required a reliable and efficient solution for storing biogas, which could be easily integrated into existing facilities. Key requirements included high quality, durability, compliance with the strictest safety standards, particularly regarding fire resistance, and optimized space utilization.

Flexsol’s Solution:
Flexsol specialists successfully completed the installation of two Flexsol W-COVER double membrane domes. Each dome has a diameter of 32 meters and a hemisphere geometry, allowing for highly efficient volume utilization.

Technical Solution:

Outer membrane: Made from non-flammable fabric from the leading manufacturer Sattler, ensuring the highest level of fire safety and resistance to external influences.
Inner membrane: Made from high-quality FPP (Flexible Polypropylene Film), which guarantees airtightness and chemical resistance.
Completeness: A complete system was supplied, including all necessary components and equipment for uninterrupted operation.

The solution was specifically engineered for seamless integration with the client’s existing structures and site conditions, highlighting Flexsol’s flexibility and individual approach.
